Tiziana Toscano has extensive experience in people and culture roles, currently serving at METRO Markets GmbH since October 2020, focusing on corporate social responsibility, workplace health and safety, and employee wellbeing. Prior to this, Tiziana worked at trivago from July 2014 to October 2020, holding various positions including Office Management lead, where responsibilities encompassed health and occupational risk prevention as well as community engagement. Tiziana's career also includes roles in customer support, teaching, and back office operations, starting from stints in the language academy and preschool to a significant position at Consob. Tiziana holds a Master’s degree in Publishing and Writing/Journalism and a degree in Literature & Philosophy from Sapienza Università di Roma, along with a brief educational period at Universidad de Zaragoza.
