Trey Sears began their career in 1999 with Kipper Tool Company, where they served as Director of Merchandising and Trade Shows/National Sales, and National Sales Manager. In this role, they managed all Government Sales accounts and Trade Shows, obtained opportunities from multiple bid sites, and handled all Government Sales for the Bobcat line. After 15 years, they resigned from Kipper Tool Company and in 2014 joined Metro Exhibits as Vice President of Sales Southeast.

Trey Sears attended the University of North Georgia from 2004 to 2006 and prior to that, they attended Toombs County High School.
