Tiersa Aldridge has extensive work experience in various roles. Tiersa started their career at The Home Depot in 2005 as a Bookkeeper and worked there until 2006. In 2006, they joined The Home Depot again as a Receiving Clerk until 2008. From 2008 onwards, they worked at Metropolitan Electrical Construction, initially as an Administrative Assistant for the Wireless Division and later on as the Human Resources Director.

Tiersa Aldridge attended Notre Dame de Namur University from 2012 to 2015 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Tiersa achieved the highest academic distinction, Summa Cum Laude. The field of study was not specified.
