Valentina Lisec is an experienced professional in office management and employer branding, currently serving as Employer Branding Manager and Office & Community Manager at METRO.digital since July 2019. Prior to this role, Valentina managed the Berlin hub for METRONOM GmbH, focusing on brand awareness and community engagement. Valentina's earlier experience includes serving as Head of the Office and Secretary/Accounting Officer at the Home of Health Care of Zagreb Region, where responsibilities encompassed data analysis, office organization, and safety documentation. Additionally, Valentina contributed as a Call Agent and Volunteer Coordinator for the Association for Crime Victims and Witnesses Support, assisting victims through support calls.
