Joni Caffall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and human resources. Currently serving as a Cruise Ship Greeter at Metro Cruise Services since 2017, Joni is responsible for welcoming guests at the San Francisco James R. Herman Cruise Terminal. In addition, Joni has been assisting travelers at San Francisco International Airport since January 2011, resolving various issues faced by domestic and international passengers.
