Julia Shihadeh is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in property accounting and financial management. Currently serving as a Senior Property Accountant at Metro Commercial Real Estate since May 2023, Julia previously held the same title at KTR Capital Partners from December 2011 to April 2023. Earlier career roles include Financial Accountant at NCO Financial Systems and CIP Compliance Specialist at Willow Financial Bank. Julia holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from La Salle University, completed in 2012, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Penn State University, obtained in 2007.
