Genevieve Fortier, C.Q., M.A., Fellow CRHP, is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in board governance and executive roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for Équité Association and Metro Inc., as well as Chair of the Board of Directors for Investissement Québec and Chairperson of Bureau d'assurance du Canada - Québec, Fortier has demonstrated a strong commitment to organizational leadership. With previous positions including Chief Executive Officer at Promutuel Assurance and various directorships at forces AVENIR, Groupe Germain Hôtels, and Sanimax, Fortier has also contributed to critical committees focusing on governance, human resources, and environmental issues. Fortier holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from Université Laval, obtained between 1986 and 1992.
