Valentina Nolli possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and procurement within the food industry, having worked with METRO AG since June 2011 in various roles, including Executive Assistant to the Chief Procurement Officer, Head of Quality Assurance Own Brand Food, and Quality Assurance Specialist. Responsibilities have included product development and specification, creating and overseeing quality assurance procedures, and managing supplier audits for various products under the METRO brand. Prior to METRO AG, Valentina served as a Laboratory Researcher and Food Safety Consultant, also holding academic positions as a professor in Food Hygiene and Food Safety. Valentina holds a Master's degree in Food and Human Nutrition from the University of Milan and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from the Catholic University of Cremona.
