Shivani Kumari started their work experience in 2015 as a Software Developer at Virtuoso Netsoft. Shivani then worked as a Web Developer at webalves technologies in 2016. In 2018, they worked as a Data Analyst at Almug Technologies and later at Cerner Corporation. From 2021 to 2023, Shivani worked as a Senior Analyst at HSBC. Currently, they are working as a Lead Data Scientist at METRO AG.

Shivani Kumari obtained a Bachelor's Degree in computer science and engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Kerala Samajam Model School and obtained an I.S.C.E degree from 1994 to 2009. In terms of additional certifications, Shivani obtained the following:
