Stephen Albaugh, MPA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset management, finance, and economic development. As a Senior Management Analyst at Metro since September 2013, Stephen has optimized strategic asset management and capital planning. Previous roles include Senior Finance Analyst and Finance Analyst at Metro, where customized reporting and cross-organization financial practices were developed. Stephen’s experience extends to BPA, the City of Beaverton, and several other organizations, where contributions included financial risk analysis and creating innovative reporting methodologies. Stephen holds a Master of Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development from Portland State University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Willamette University.
