HeatherAnn Bromell is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, business analysis, and geographic information systems (GIS). Currently serving as an ERP System Improvement Manager at Metro since July 2023, HeatherAnn focuses on aligning internal support departments with a shared technology vision. Previously, as a Business Analyst at Tualatin Valley Water District from May 2021 to July 2023, HeatherAnn supported the implementation of a Customer Information System. Other roles include Sr. Project Manager at the City of Gresham, Sr. Business Systems Analyst and Business Operations Analyst at Quantum Spatial, and Remote Sensing Field Specialist at Watershed Sciences, among others. HeatherAnn holds a BA in Geography and Religious Studies from Humboldt State University, and a Graduate Certificate in GIS from Portland State University.
