Vasilis Adamopoulos has worked in various roles in the software engineering field since 2011. Vasilis started their career as a freelancer web developer in 2011 before joining Daring Star, a systems integrator company, as a Software Engineer in 2012. At Daring Star, they led a development team of four people and designed and developed customized solutions for telecommunications providers. In 2015, they joined Accenture as a Software Engineering Sr. Analyst, where they designed end-to-end customized solutions for Siebel CRM. Later in 2015, they joined Nokia as a Software Engineer in R&D, focusing on research, development, and new feature design for the FlexiNS network server. In 2018, they joined Stonebranch as a Senior Software Engineer before joining Metrika in 2020 as a Senior Software Engineer in R&D. At Metrika, they are involved in building the first Operational Intelligence & analytics platform for Blockchain Networks.
Vasilis Adamopoulos has a Master's degree in Advanced Software Engineering, which they obtained from The University of Sheffield. Vasilis attended the university from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's Degree in Computer Engineering & Informatics from the University of Patras. Vasilis completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Patras from 2005 to 2010.
