Carly Arrigoni has held a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2012, they worked as a Sales Associate for Abercrombie & Fitch. In 2014, they worked as a Student Worker in the Office of Business & Financial Services at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they did meeting preparation, administrative work, venue research, and event planning & preparation. In 2015, they worked as an Administrative Assistant for Trexin Consulting, and as a Disney College Program Intern for Walt Disney World, where they were trained at five different locations throughout the property. Carly also worked as a Flight Attendant for United Airlines, and in 2019 they returned to Trexin Consulting as an Administrative Assistant. In 2021, they began working as a Client Services Manager for Metrigy.

Carly Arrigoni attended Lincoln Way North High School prior to attending the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist. Carly also attended UNSW but did not pursue any additional certifications.
