Joy Bhowmick is an experienced senior executive specializing in product development and management within the realms of governance, risk management, and compliance. Currently serving as SVP at MetricStream since 2020, Joy leads product development, research and development, and product management for IT and cyber security, focusing on fostering organizational resilience and diversity. Previously, Joy held a Managing Director position at Citi from 1997 to 2020, overseeing financial services delivery and technology solutions, while also directing strategies for global risk management. Joy began the career at Tata Consultancy Services and Citi, contributing as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, respectively. Joy holds a Master of Computer Applications and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, both from Jadavpur University, along with an academic background from St. Xavier's College in Kolkata.
