John Ellwood is an experienced professional in the construction and operations management sectors. Currently serving as a Development Manager at Metricon since May 2021, John previously held the position of Operations Manager, overseeing Pre-Site management, Compliance, and Finance teams for NSW and ACT. From August 2016 to May 2021, John worked at Rawson Homes as a Regional Operations Manager and Building Estimating Team Leader, along with experience as an Estimator. Earlier in John's career, from January 2013 to July 2016, landscaping and garden maintenance roles were held at Descas Landscapes. John holds a degree in Construction Management, specializing in Sustainable Construction Waste Management, from the University of Newcastle, completed in 2016.
