Jasin Alfaro is a seasoned real estate executive with extensive experience in investment and asset management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Metonic Real Estate Solutions since April 2024, Alfaro previously held the position of Managing Partner at Armitage Street LLC in 2023. From 2017 to 2022, Alfaro was the Director of Real Estate at Reimagined Ventures, leading initiatives to enhance property value. Earlier roles include Chief Operating Officer at AJ Capital Partners and Managing Director at Greenfield Partners, where significant portfolio management was undertaken. Alfaro began a career in real estate at Heitman Capital Management as an Associate focused on property acquisitions and due diligence. Alfaro holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Public Policy from Stanford University, earned in 1998.
