Olivia Sarah-Le Lacheur GAICD currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at MetLife Australia, having joined in January 2024. Prior to this role, Olivia held various senior positions at AIA Australia from May 2020 to December 2023, including Acting Chief Customer Operations and Claims Officer, General Manager Customer Journeys and Digital Experiences, and Transformation Director for Insurance and Investments. Olivia's earlier experience includes leadership roles at CommInsure from 2006 to 2020, where responsibilities spanned from Head of National Accounts to Acting General Manager of Life Product and Distribution. Olivia began a career in the insurance and finance sectors at National Australia Bank and previously with Australian Casualty and Life and National Mutual Health Insurance. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Federation University Australia and completed the Victorian Certificate of Education at Ballarat and Queens Anglican Grammar School.
