Kamanashis Barua has extensive experience in distribution and agency management, currently serving as Assistant Agency Director & Vice President at MetLife since April 2012, where responsibilities include portfolio management and oversight of agency operations. Previously held roles at MetLife Bangladesh include Deputy Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Agency Distribution. Kamanashis also gained experience as Key Account Manager at VEON, managing corporate B2B relationships, and as Zonal Manager at Orascom Telecom, focusing on regional sales and retail distribution. Kamanashis began professional career with an internship at Barger Paints Bangladesh Limited and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Science and Technology, Chittagong, and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Independent University Bangladesh.
