Jeff Yu has been with MetLife since June 2007, currently serving as the Director of Business Transformation for Sales & Distribution, and previously holding various roles including Regional Technical Consultant and Manager of Client Acquisitions. In the position of Senior Lean Business Consultant since July 2015, Jeff Yu has successfully deployed Lean Transformation across multiple operational units, focusing on employee satisfaction and sustainability. Past roles include consulting on data infrastructure and analytics, developing staffing efficiencies, and managing a substantial insurance account portfolio. Prior to MetLife, Jeff Yu was a Project Manager at FTD, Inc., where responsibilities included leading significant software developments and overseeing large contract implementations. Jeff Yu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
