Ernesto Bautista has extensive experience in the healthcare and insurance sectors, currently serving as an MIS Specialist at MetLife Gulf since April 2021. Previously, Bautista worked at MetLife in the role of EB Support/Policy Administrator from May 2016 to April 2021. Prior experience includes a position as a prior authorization nurse at Cigna from January 2013 to December 2015, and serving as a medical transcriptionist at Alchemy Transcription from August 2010 to September 2012. Bautista began the professional journey at Stellar Global Solutions Philippines, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative in early 2009. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Lorma Colleges, completed between 2004 and 2008.
