Diana Carolina Manzano Aponte is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as Gerente de agencia at MetLife Colombia since May 2019 and as Gerente de unidad de negocios since June 2015. Prior to their roles at MetLife, Diana worked at Seguros Bolívar S.A. from January 2009 to June 2015 as a Facilitador Comercial, providing commercial training in various Colombian cities, and as Directora de Ventas, leading sales teams to meet company goals through coaching and consultative selling strategies. Diana holds a Specialization in Management Development from Aden Business School and a degree in Modern Languages from Universidad EAN, as well as a technical degree in Languages and Humanities from Universidad Católica de Colombia.
