Rodrigo Vega Vega currently serves as Subgerente de Desarrollos de Negocios y Mejora Continua at MetLife Chile, a position held since July 2021, with prior roles including Jefe de Desarrollo de Negocios & Mejora Continua and New Business Chief EB. Before joining MetLife, Rodrigo worked at Isapre Consalud from January 2014 to July 2021, where responsibilities included managing the corporate PMO and overseeing strategic projects as Jefe PMO Corporativa, as well as developing individual healthcare plans as Analista de Productos. Rodrigo's career began with an internship at Salfacorp in early 2013, focusing on industry benchmarking for machinery rental.
