Thomas Lüthi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service management and customer support. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Professional Services at SUMEX AG since June 2021, Thomas leads a team responsible for migrating SUMEX suite setups, providing third-level support, and delivering customer-specific integrations. Prior to this role, Thomas held various leadership positions at Solera, Inc. from March 2013 to May 2021, including managing a product-focused IT service department and coordinating a Business Relationship Team to enhance communication between business units and Global IT. Thomas's career also includes a significant tenure at Audatex (Schweiz) GmbH as Customer Service Manager, where improvements in service delivery were implemented.
