Navya Suresh is a Senior Human Capital Specialist at Metito, with experience since October 2020 in implementing various aspects of Human Capital including employee engagement, talent management, training and development, and compliance with corporate policies across the Middle East and Asia. Prior to this role, Navya served as an HR Business Partner at Nathan & Nathan from September 2015 to October 2020, managing recruitment and payroll for diverse industries. Navya's career began as a Resource Coordinator at EY, where responsibilities included aligning human resource needs and facilitating performance management. Navya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Ethiraj College for Women and a High School diploma in Business/Commerce from Sharjah Indian School.
