Michael Goldblatt is a seasoned professional in sustainable investment and environmental management, currently serving as Principal at Metier Sustainable Capital Practice since April 2012. Goldblatt oversees investments in renewable energy and resource-efficient infrastructure in South and Sub-Saharan Africa through the Lereko Metier Sustainable Capital Fund and its successor fund. Prior to this role, Goldblatt founded and directed Solafrica Thermal Energy, achieving significant milestones such as the successful bid for the 50MW ACWA Power Solafrica Bokpoort CSP project. Additionally, Goldblatt served as Director at Palmer Development Group, specializing in public policy and strategic management within the environmental sector.
