Martina Danda's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Martina worked at Methodos from 2014 to present, starting as an Analyst and progressing to Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, and currently holds the position of Head of Communication. Martina joined Farma Lavoro in 2015 as a Project Manager. Martina also served as a Consigliere Comunale at Comune di Varzo from 2014 to 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Researcher at ClubTI Milano from 2014 to 2016 and as a Responsabile amministrativa at ART Promotion Sagl from 2012 to 2013.

Martina Danda pursued their education by first earning a Bachelor's degree in Scienze politiche e relazioni internazionali from the Università di Trento. Martina attended the university from 2008 to 2011. Following this, they furthered their studies and completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Public communications from USI Università della Svizzera italiana between 2011 and 2014. In addition to their formal education, Martina also obtained several certifications, including "Learning How to Learn: Powerful mental tools to help you master tough subjects (with Honors)" from Coursera in December 2017, "ISIPM base" from Istituto Italiano di Project Management - ISIPM in May 2014, "First Certificate in English (grade A)" from Cambridge University in March 2008, and "ECDL" from AICA, ECDL Foundation in May 2007.
