Kar Yam Lai has over 16 years of experience in community eldercare services and human resources. Currently serving as the Head of Community Eldercare Services Admin at Methodist Welfare Services since February 2017, Kar Yam Lai previously held various roles at Chevron, including AOP Coordinator and HR Manager from April 2005 to 2010, and worked as part of the Chevron SAP team from 1997 to 1999.
