Willacin Precious Gholston has extensive experience in clinical pastoral education and healthcare management. Currently serving as the Manager of CPE Programs and Hospital Manager, Chaplain, and ACPE Supervisor at Methodist Health System since February 2016, Gholston previously held the position of Chaplain and CPE Supervisor at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health from March 2014 to 2016, and served as Chaplain and ACPE Associate Supervisor at Methodist Health System from June 2008 to February 2014. Gholston's early career includes a significant role as Executive Director of the M. Joan Cousin Women & Youth Empowerment Center, where a commission involved a mission in Botswana focused on AIDS support and community caring.
