Caitlin Littrell has a diverse work experience spanning different healthcare organizations. Caitlin started their career as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse at UNC Health Care in 2017 and subsequently worked as a Pediatric Nurse at Children's National Hospital from 2018 to 2019. In 2020, they joined Children's Health as a Pediatric Nurse and later transitioned to HCA Healthcare as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse. In 2022, Caitlin joined Dräger as an Associate Sales Executive in the Neonatal Care Solutions division. Caitlin currently holds the role of Workforce Strategy Lead at Methodist Health System.

Caitlin Littrell earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In 2020, Caitlin obtained their certification as a Registered Nurse from the Texas Board of Nursing. Caitlin also holds a certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
