Hatem Sayed Abd Allah Elsayed has over 30 years of experience in the petroleum and gas industry, currently serving as Operation Day Superintendent and Deputy Operation Manager at Methanex Corporation since June 2008. In this role, Hatem manages plant operations, overseeing a team of 55 employees across various operational functions, and has been instrumental in turnaround operations, shipping and logistics coordination, and ensuring safety training for personnel. Prior experience includes roles as Shift Superintendent at SEGAS Union Fenosa Gas, where Hatem was involved in construction and commissioning, and Gas Plants Department Manager at Khalda Petroleum Company, leading safety and operational efficiency in natural gas processing. Hatem holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Refining Engineering from Suez Canal University.
