Doug Cobos serves as the Vice President of Research and Development at METER Group since January 2017, after a distinguished tenure at Decagon Devices, Inc. from August 2003 to January 2017, where Doug held the positions of Director of Research and Development and Director of the Environmental Research Group. Doug Cobos earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Soil Science/Climatology from the University of Minnesota between 1999 and 2003. Additionally, Doug holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from Duke University and a Master's Degree in Soil Science/Environmental Biophysics from Texas A&M University.
