Arnie Oliveira has extensive experience in business development and engineering consulting, currently serving as Business Development lead at Meteor Sealing Systems LLC since February 2021. As a co-founder of MANPREL, a family-owned specialized engineering consulting business established in 1982, Arnie has deep roots in the industry. Previous roles include Chief Strategy Officer at Velocity Data Centers, LLC, and Managing Partner at 2GAP Solutions, where strategic oversight and data-driven solutions were key focuses. Arnie also held significant positions at Ford Motor Company, including roles in the Business Development Strategy Office and Manufacturing Engineering, gaining expertise in global market strategies and project management. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Management from the Lean Enterprise Institute/Ford Motor Company and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade São Judas Tadeu.
