Kara B. has a diverse work experience in HR and people support roles. Kara most recently worked as Director, HR Support at MetaSource, a Digital Transformation Solutions provider specializing in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM). Prior to that, they held the position of Director, People Support at Cafe Zupas, an acclaimed fast-casual restaurant chain, where they oversaw HR initiatives and technology platforms for restaurant teams across multiple states. Kara also served as an HR Business Partner at PlanSource and as an HR Manager at WIN Enterprises Group, which includes Costa Vida and Fat Cats. Kara B. has a strong background in HR management and a passion for the restaurant industry.

Kara B. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management with a Business Core from Utah State University from 2005 to 2009. Kara then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources from the same university from 2010 to 2011. Kara also passed the PHR Exam in 2010 and recertified in 2013 through the SHRM PHR prep course. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Project Management: The Basics for Success" from Coursera Verified Certificates in August 2015 and "Professional in Human Resources (PHR®)" from the HR Certification Institute in June 2013.
