Kunal Patel has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kunal started their career in 2009 as a Business Systems Analyst/Project Coordinator at MetaSense Inc., where they managed tasks and website/software projects and provided technical specifications. In 2015, they joined Ditech Financial LLC as a Business Systems Analyst/QA Analyst, serving as a liaison between the business user group and technical team, defining and documenting requirements, and writing clear and concise user stories. Kunal then worked as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst at Cigna from 2017 to 2019, conducting root-cause and trend analysis within Information Technology. Currently, they are a Sr. Data Analyst at the State of Delaware, working on the configuration and customization of the RSI Revenue Premier product for the Delaware Division of Revenue.
