Claudia Langen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and consulting across various sectors. Currently serving as Principal at Metaplan since March 2015, Claudia provides strategic advice on complex organizational challenges. Prior roles include Managing Director and Executive Coach at the Institute for Social Banking, where Claudia focused on fostering responsible banking practices, and founding Managing Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Germany, promoting impactful mentoring relationships for youth. Earlier experience includes senior project management at Bertelsmann Stiftung, inhouse consulting at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, and research roles at the German Historical Institute Washington and Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Claudia holds a Master's in International Relations from the University of Cambridge and a doctorate in Economics and History from the University of Cologne.
