Shaiwal (Shay) Priyadarshi is an experienced technology executive and entrepreneur with a strong background in designing and implementing innovative solutions in the media and technology sectors. As the Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of MetaMedia since July 2020, Shaiwal has focused on developing B2B products and services for cinema theaters and related venues. With previous roles including CTO at Health IQ and Screening Room, as well as VP of Technology at IMAX, Shaiwal has successfully managed teams and projects that embrace new technologies in digital video and streaming. Notably, Shaiwal has held various leadership positions, including CEO and CTO at DigiDek, and possesses a robust patent portfolio, showcasing expertise in multimedia delivery systems and cloud migrations.
