Terry Paul is an experienced engineering and maintenance professional with a robust background in the aluminum foundry industry and industrial maintenance. Currently serving as the Engineering and Maintenance Manager at MetalX since September 2022, Terry oversees equipment and maintenance needs for a fast-paced aluminum foundry. Previously, as the Director of Maintenance & Engineering at SRT Investments, LLC (formerly SRT Aluminum), responsibilities included managing a skilled trades department and supervising over 24 reports. Additional experience includes roles such as Maintenance/Facilities Manager at Walter of Wabash, Journeyman Machine Repairer at Zollner Pistons, Lead Technician in Plant Maintenance at Martin Yale Industries, and Master Craftsman at Lykes Pasco Packing Company. Terry holds an AAS in Business Administration and Management, Engineering from Ivy Tech Kokomo.
