Jose Raul Pacheco Rodriguez is an experienced professional with a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, currently serving as a Project Engineer at Metalfrio Solutions since October 2009. In this role, Jose has led cost reduction projects, created 3D CAD designs, and developed prototype units for production lines while providing customer service as a product specialist. Previously, as a Technical Leader, Jose coordinated after-sales services across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, overseeing a national service network of 126 technical centers. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Superintendent at Mabe from October 2005 to October 2009, where Jose managed assembly line operations and ensured compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Jose holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from CINVESTAV GDL and a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from IT Celaya.
