Mattia Zolin has a background in technical and engineering departments, with experience in gear manufacturing processes, planning, and designing new parts and tooling. Currently, Mattia is the Sales and Marketing Manager at Metalcastello S.p.a., where Mattia manages key customer relationships, new business opportunities, price negotiations, and logistic/commercial agreements. Prior to this role, Mattia worked at Mahindra Metalcastello in technical and engineering departments, focusing on drawing analysis, new project development, equipment management, and Lean Project application. Mattia is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Bologna Business School and has also completed training in Lean Six Sigma methodology and commission-based products.
