Kenneth Sparks is an experienced professional with a robust background in human resources and operations management. Currently the Owner/Operator of Metal Supermarkets since January 2019, Kenneth oversees the world's largest small-quantity metal supplier, which has over 90 locations across North America and the UK. Prior to this role, Kenneth served as Vice President of Human Resources at CSM Bakery Solutions from September 2014 to December 2018, managing HR for 13 manufacturing plants and 25 distribution centers. Additionally, Kenneth held the same title at BakeMark USA from April 2001 to September 2014, responsible for a comprehensive range of HR functions. Kenneth’s career also includes a Vice President role in Human Resource Development at IMC Chemicals and experience as an adjunct instructor at the University of La Verne. Kenneth holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Design from Fielding Graduate University.
