Dean Jones has over 15 years of experience in the marine industry. Dean currently serves as the Vice President of Sales for LE, Fire/Rescue & Special Projects at Metal Shark Boats since May 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Metal Shark Aluminum Boats as the National Sales Manager, where they were responsible for the sales and marketing of durable and functional aluminum patrol craft. Before that, they were the Regional Sales Manager at Brunswick Commercial and Government Products and the Government Account Manager at Mercury Marine.

Dean Jones completed their high school education at Neenah High School from 1996 to 2000. Dean then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2002 to 2003. Additionally, from 2000 to 2003, they attended Marian University of Fond du Lac where they obtained a BSBA with a focus on Marketing, Management, and Psychology.
