Sarah Phipps has a diverse professional background with experience in customs compliance, logistics, and sales, currently serving as a Customs Compliance & Logistics Assistant and Inside Sales Representative at Metal One America, Inc. since April 2018. Prior to this role, Sarah worked at Noritake Co., Inc. in customer service and inside sales, with responsibilities including order processing and scheduling. Additional experience includes serving as an Assistant English Language Teacher in Japan through the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program, and various positions in library services that involved technology support and research assistance. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Management from DePaul University and has a dual Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Studies and Political Science.
