Brandi Richardson is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Metal-Fab, Inc., since January 2022, Brandi has previously held multiple positions at Johnson Controls from March 2011 to January 2022, where responsibilities included Senior Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Specialist. Earlier experience includes serving as a Leader/Coach at Weight Watchers, where Brandi facilitated weekly meetings focused on education and motivation, as well as HR Generalist and HR Assistant roles at Delta Dental of Kansas, supporting employee relations and various administrative functions. Additionally, Brandi worked as an HR Client Service Representative at Syndeo HRO and began a career as an Administrative Clerk at the United States Attorney's Office. Brandi holds a Master of Business Administration from Friends University, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources & Management from Wichita State University, and an Associate of Science degree from Butler Community College.
