Tiffaney Proud, MBA, PHR, serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Metal Exchange/Pennex since April 2023. With a robust background in human resources and talent acquisition, Tiffaney previously held significant roles, including Knowledge Manager and NCOIC at Ohio Air National Guard, where supervision and compliance in operations were key responsibilities. Tiffaney also contributed as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner at Eastman, managing relationships with business leaders to align talent strategies. Additional experience includes senior recruiting roles at FedEx, assisting in full-life cycle recruiting, and earlier positions focused on business development and admissions management. Tiffaney holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management, both from Franklin University.
