Robert Hintz has a diverse and extensive work experience. Robert currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Metal-Era, Inc. starting from March 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Hydrite Chemical Company for 12 years, where they served as the Corporate Controller and Manager of Financial Analysis. During their tenure, they were responsible for implementing a new cost allocation methodology and generating profitability analysis. Before joining Hydrite Chemical Company, Robert worked at C&D Technologies for 7 years. In this company, they held the roles of Accounting Manager and General Accounting Supervisor, where they managed various financial functions. Preceding their time at C&D Technologies, Robert worked at Johnson Controls Battery Group, Inc. for 14 years, holding various financial analyst and accounting positions. In these positions, they were involved in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis. Robert has a proven track record of improving profitability and managing financial operations effectively.

Robert Hintz completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance and Marketing, from Marquette University in the years 1980 to 1985. Robert further pursued their education at Marquette University and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from 1987 to 1989.
