Anni Kunz has extensive experience in SuccessFactors implementation and HR Transformation projects. As Project Lead Digital HR at metafinanz Informationssysteme GmbH, Anni is responsible for implementing SuccessFactors Talent modules. With a background as a SuccessFactors Senior Consultant and Business Analyst, Anni has led global system redesign projects and served as a Functional Teamlead and Compensation Senior Consultant. Anni has also worked as a SuccessFactors Consultant at Accenture Technology Solutions and completed an internship in Strategic Training & Development at Hugo Boss. Anni holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Technische UniversitƤt Dresden.
