Lynn Kaschula is a seasoned QA professional with over 15 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing. Currently serving as Software Test Manager at MetaCompliance since January 2024, Lynn previously held the position of QA Lead at Joulica, where a strong commitment to team management and mentorship was demonstrated. Lynn's extensive background includes leadership roles at SmartBear as QA Engineering Lead, where diverse responsibilities ranged from establishing QA processes to leading automation initiatives and mentoring team members.
