Marion McMillan currently serves as the Head of Vertical for the Global Business Group at Meta, where responsibilities include driving strategic growth for a +$2B annual revenue business and leading direct response performance strategy. Previously, Marion held the position of Team Lead for eCommerce at Facebook, focusing on strategy and partnerships that yielded more than $500M in annual revenue within the North American mid-market eCommerce sector. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at Gerson Lehrman Group and as Associate Research Director at Borders For Atlanta. Marion holds a BA in Psychology & Neuroscience, with a concentration in Markets and Management Studies, from Duke University.
