Caroline Peani, M.S., possesses extensive experience in data science and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Data Science for Monetization at Meta since June 2021, Caroline previously held significant roles at Microsoft as Principal Data Science Lead for M365 Subscription and at Amazon as Senior HR Business Partner for Amazon Retail. With a foundational career at Capital One spanning nearly a decade, Caroline advanced through multiple positions, including Chief of Staff & Head of People Strategy and several director-level roles in data science. Early career experiences include teaching at West End Montessori School and American Way. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Statistics and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, both from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as certifications in leadership development and coaching from the Strozzi Institute.
