Biju Joseph Jacob currently serves as an Engineering Manager at Meta, leading the Integrity engineering organization within WhatsApp since December 2021, with a focus on preventing harm to WhatsApp for Business products. Prior to Meta, Biju held multiple leadership roles at Grab from July 2019 to December 2021, including Senior Engineering Manager, where project leadership involved the development of core frameworks for Continuous Integration and automated testing services. Biju's experience includes a Senior Manager role at Macquarie Group, managing technology initiatives in derivatives trading, and positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Technology Analyst, earning multiple global recognition awards. Early career highlights include co-founding Qwer-T Designs LLP and contributions to the Singapore-MIT GAMBIT Game Lab. Biju holds a Master’s degree in Software Management from Carnegie Mellon University Silicon Valley and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
